SYNOPSIS
Temple of VTEC Asia (TOVA) was one of the original websites from the mid 90’s that offered a sick range of Honda tech articles. Their website appears to have gone belly up in the last several years but I was able to find a copy of their English translated Civic Type R FD2 article that I liked to read thru once in a blue moon.
