Temple of VTEC (TOVA) was one of the original websites from the mid 90’s that offered a good range of Honda tech articles. Their website appears to have gone belly up in the last several years but I was able to find a copy of their english translated Civic Type R FD2 article that I always liked to read over once in a blue moon.
