If you’ve been living under a rock, the OBD-0 (88-91 era) ECU has been a dying breed for a long azz time. With the wonderful invention of converting to OBD-1 years ago, this killed the need for OBD-0 ECU reprogramming. Dead. Regardless, I still offer OBD-0 reprogramming services for those still interested but only for several OBD-0 model ECU’s.
90-91 PM6 ECU
The PM6 ECU is found in the ‘multi-port injection’ Civic Si and CRX Si models that powers the D16A6 SOHC engine here in the US.
Why no 88-89 PM6 ECU support? Because Honda used a smaller unpopular 24-pin EPROM chip on those year ECU’s which no one really reprogrammed. 90-91 PM6’s use the highly common 28-pin EPROM chip as do all 92-95 OBD-1 ECU’s.
90-91 PM7 ECU
The PM7 “ZC” ECU is the JDM brother to the PM6. It’s found in the JDM Honda EF Civics’ (EF7) that run a 1.6L DOHC ZC engine.
89-91 PR3 ECU
The infamous PR3 “B16A” ECU is found in several popular JDM Hondas: 89-91 Civic SiR (EF9) + CRX SiR (EF8) and 90-91 Integra XSi/RSi (DA9). I chipped a ton of these in the early 2000’s as OBD-0 was alive and kickin.
89-91 PW0 ECU
The PW0 “B16A” ECU is a bother to the PR3. It too was found in the same popular JDM Hondas mentioned above. The PW0 ECU was kind of touchy punk though. It needs PW0-specific programming and wasn’t always friendly with PR3 programming.

I have programs that are straight JDM rom copies (Mugen, Spoon, Feel’s, etc) and some that are custom. I haven’t touched them in ages since OBD-0 reprogramming fell off the face of the earth 150+ years ago.
